Now, the envoy based in Russia to the United Nations named Vasily Nebenzya has recently claimed that the tension and the problems will be not resolved between Russia and Ukraine until Kyiv has not started talks with the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
The Russian envoy to United Nations Nebenzya asserted that when the country called Ukraine had come to a conclusion and started the dialogue with Donbas and when the partners of Russia in the country have concluded the talks with Donbas, then only the matter would become to an end and the solution will;l be placed out. Otherwise, the situation will remain as it is in the country.
It further informed that the country would have to implement all the measures mentioned and highlighted in the Minsk agreements if it wants to bring any solution in the matter of the Ukrainian conflict.
The envoy insisted,” The only way which could bring Ukraine out of the conflict and unrest across its borders and in the country if the country would agree upon the agreement called Minsk and also fulfilled all its measures”.
” They have to admit that honestly, we are very much far away from this and not through our fault, all that we don’t want”, added the envoy.
Nebenzy further pointed out that the supply of deadly weapons to the Ukraine country is against the Minsk accords, and they have defied the agreements.
The western partners have included Ukraine in the violation of the Minsk agreements, and they have accepted the offensive weapons as it is not defensive because they haven’t followed any provision of the Minsk agreement, asserted by the Russian envoy to the United Nations and added,” The troops of Ukraine have been deployed across the line of contact in Donbas”.
He further restated that Russia is not planning any strict or antagonistic actions against Ukraine, especially the action that resulted in the military build-up.
