The situation due to the viral infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) has been surging with the decline in the recovery rate in Russia, as per the federal centre of the country. On Wednesday, February 9, 2022, a total of 183,103 have been contracted the viral infection caused by the novel coronavirus over the past 24 hours in the country.

As per the report of the anti-coronavirus centre, the number of people who have lost their lives due to the COVID-19 viral infection was 669 over the past 24 hours in Russia, due to which the average mortality rate have been come down to 2.53 percent.

On the other hand, a total of 698 people have succumbed to the viral illness due to the novel coronavirus on the previous day, which shows a slight decline in the number of fatalities within the 24 hours.

With the emergence of new cases in the country, the toll of the confirmed cases due to the novel coronavirus have reached 13,330,769 over the past 24 hours, as per the report.

As per the status of recovery, a total of 97,163 patients have been recovered from the viral illness caused by the novel coronavirus over the past 24 hours in the country, and they have also been discharged from the hospital facilities.

On the other hand, the number of recoveries of the patients has reported a total of 81,188 on the previous day, as per the anti-coronavirus crisis centre.

With the emergence of the new recoveries from the viral infection of the COVID-19, the toll of the toll recoveries since the pandemic has emerged have reached 10,803,305 on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

Due to the positive cases of the COVID-19, the growth rate of the novel coronavirus has been reached 1.4 percent in relative terms over the past 24 hours in the country.

As per the status of the admission of the patients in the hospital facilities due to the COVID-19, a total of 20,178 patients infected with the COVID-19 have been admitted to the hospital over the past 24 hours in the country. On the other hand, a total of 42 regions have witnessed an increment in the admission of the patients in the hospital facilities, while some of the regions have witnessed a decline in the admission of the patients.
