Russia: The Russian Defence Ministry has used the Arkhangelsk region to launch the rocket named Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket. Now, as per the statement of the Defence Ministry, on Saturday, February 5, 2022, the Plesetsk spacecraft in the Arkhangelsk region have launched the rocket named Soyuz-2.1 carrier rocket.
The statement has been issued by the Defence Ministry, which stated,” The combat crew based in the Space Forces of the Aerospace Forces have been chosen to the launch the mission. The rocket named a medium-class Soyuz-2.1 rocket which has carried a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Defence Ministry by the Aerospace Forces”.
Moreover, the mission was launched from the launchpad four at site 43 at the test spaceport of the Defence Ministry in the region named Arkhangelsk at around 10: 00 am Moscow time on Saturday, February 5, 2022, as per the statement of the Defence Ministry.
Further, the ministry noted that all other launches operation that had been taken place and this launch had gone normally, and they didn’t face any difficulties while launching, which means,” The ground-based automated control system has controlled the launch and further the flight of the carrier rocket which helps in the launch”.
The third stage of the Soyuz-2.1a was separated by the Fregat booster with a military spacecraft and which stated that the Fregat booster and a spacecraft had launched it in the interests of the Defence Ministry based in Russia. It has also separated from the third stage of the Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket that was launched at 10:09 am on Moscow time as scheduled, as per the statement.
Moreover, the rocket was firstly launched in 2022, and the rocket was named Soyuz-s rocket and also the test flights of the Soyuz-2 rockets. The rocket has been replacing the Soyuz-U rockets, which began in Plesetsk in 2014. Further, a total of 52 Soyuz-2 rockets have been launched in the country since the year.
