On Sunday, February 6, 2022, a total of 180,071 people were diagnosed with the viral infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus over the past 24 hours in Russia, as per the anti-coronavirus centre.     

On the other hand, in total, 661 people have succumbed to the viral infection of the novel coronavirus over the past 24 hours in the country. The rate of the daily fatalities have witnessed a declination as on the previous day, a total of 714 people have lost their lives in 24 hours.

With the emergence of the new fatalities, the toll of deaths due to the COVID-19 viral infection was reached 335,414, as per the reports. 

As per the status of recoveries, a total of 59,583 patients have been received from the deadly viral infection caused by the novel coronavirus and discharged from the hospital facilities over the past 24 hours in Russia. On the other hand, the number of recovered patients against the COVID-19 pandemic of 60,507 was reported in the 24 hours in the country over the previous day. 

With the new recoveries, the data shows that the toll of the recoveries against the novel coronavirus has witnessed a declination over the past 24 hours in the country. 

The total number of recoveries against the viral infection caused by the contagious mutant has been reached 10,569,271 tolls so far. 

The rate of recoveries in the country now stood at 82.5 percent, which falls down from the at least 98.1 percent recovery rate against the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The number of the confirmed cases against the COVID-19 now reached 12,810,118 across the country over the past 24 hours on Sunday.

Moreover, a total of 12,749 people have been admitted to the hospital due to the viral infection of the novel coronavirus across the country over the past 24 hours. The rate of the admission of the patients in the hospital facilities has felt down to 29.3 percent, as per the reports.
