In the video, Beliy explained that, “Just keep quiet, pretend that nothing is going on like 90 per cent of my colleagues do, simply- nothing is going and everything is fine. I will never understand that. I don’t want to tell them anything.”
He said that, “I don’t want to talk to them at all. They have been cut out of my life. And that’s it. I wont say one word. I don’t want to. I have no need to talk to them. About what?! It was terrible depression. I walked around like that because I knew everything has turned upside down around me. Those people I greeted and befriended yesterday are now saying “Kill” in a rabid, angry way…”
“And I had to go on stage. In front of whom? With whom? It was awful. Emigration, in my case and in any case, is salvation. In all aspects, it’s a salvation. I just took my family out of a prison. Out of a country with no future,” elaborates Russian actor.
