The counterintelligence unit of the Security Service of Ukraine has arrested two Russian prisoners. Both of them are currently being interrogated by the military counterintelligence officers of the Security Service of Ukraine. One of them is a machine gunner of a separate company of the commandant’s office of the FSB, who headed the block squad.
About his military duties, the FSB officer tells briefly: “Standed on the second line and did not allow the “Z assault” to retreat. The order was to strike at their retreat.”
And the second is the same “attacker Z”, who was afraid that his own people would kill him, on the second line. Therefore, he surrendered to the Ukrainian defenders.
“After arriving there (at the position, note), he didn’t explain anything, they pushed us into the landing and told us to just hide from the “birds”. These are quadcopters. In case of escape, we were told that there are barricades behind… They shoot everyone who will run away,” he says about his short military experience.
The practice of using blocking units by the Russians was once again confirmed by the interception obtained by the SBU.
The intercepted call, added details, sharing that, “We are keeping a tight defense: all machine guns, grenade launchers… mortars must be brought in. “Maviks” will blow everything up. How did you accept it? “Z” is fully at your disposal. They have no step back at all, only forward. If anything, it is allowed to “reset” you. Under my responsibility”, – this was the order received by the commander of one of such barrages on the “hot” part of the front.
