The Prime Minister of the island nation of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew will be meeting with the Vice President of the United States of America, Kamala Harris in the Bahamas during the next week. Prime Minister Dr Drew will be among the Presidents and the Prime Ministers of the Caribbean to meet with the Vice President Harris on Thursday 8th June, 2023, during the U.S.-Caribbean Leaders Meeting.
Considerably, it will be co-hosted by the Vice President Kamala Harris and the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Phillip Davis, who is current chair of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
Noting to the United States Embassy in the Bahamas, this meeting builds on the previous meetings of the Vice President with the Caribbean leaders in the month of April 2022, during the June 2022 Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, and in September 2022.
