The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Major General Vasyl Malyuk, extended congratulations on the Constitution Day of Ukraine. Major General Malyuk took it to their official social media handle to convey the greetings among the general audience, adding that, “Today we are fighting for the right to independently determine our own destiny and to live according to Ukrainian laws – as it is written in the Constitution of Ukraine. We are fighting for our native land, language and the future of our children!”

In the message that has been shared online, Major General Malyuk added that, “This is the highest value that the whole nation stands for. The best sons and daughters of Ukraine give their lives for her. We remember every Hero! And we destroy the enemy with even greater zeal!”

“Ukrainian society changed during the war. We have no illusions about the intentions of our terrorist neighbor. Instead, there is a concentrated rage, a desire to defeat the invaders and a clear algorithm of actions that bring Victory closer every day. Trials unite us as a nation. And the Constitution cements the foundation of our common home, the construction of which is not stopped even by war,” says Vasyl Malyuk.

At the same time, he stated that, “Let’s create the modern history of Ukraine together! In the heart of each of us is love for the Motherland and hatred for the enemy. We are cleaning it from everywhere – from our land, from within Ukrainian society, from the information space.”

While elaborating his statement further, Major General Malyuk mentioned that, “The Constitution gives us not only such a right, but also an obligation to protect the security of the state and its citizens. And the Security Service of Ukraine performs this mission with great honor and responsibility.”

Moreover, he extended thanks to the people of Ukraine who have helped and played a major role in guarding their homeland against the invading forces of Russian Federation.
