The security service of Ukraine has gathered proof of the guilt of the parish priest of the Kyiv-Zhytomyr Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in anti-Ukrainian activities.
He publicly justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and denied the war crimes committed by the Russian invaders against Ukrainians.
In his “speeches” to the faithful, the priest called the facts of numerous murders and tortures of people by the Rashists in Buch “a stage”.
In addition, the abbot urged not to trust the official information of Ukrainian state institutions and the mass media about the war crimes committed by the aggressor.
On the contrary, he campaigned to listen only to him due to the fact that he was allegedly in the Kyiv region during the temporary occupation of part of the region.
The person involved in the case was informed of the suspicion of Part 1 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The pre-trial investigation has been completed. The indictment was sent to the court.
