As a part of the ‘evacuation’ activities, the Moscow occupiers removed prisoners from penal colony No. 90 in Kherson, to set up its army base there.

The Russian military forces continue to attack the positions of the Ukrainian army along the contact line, fortify defensive positions and conduct aerial surveillance.
The enemy continues to violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, the laws & customs of war, targeting the civilian infrastructure and civilian residential areas.
During the last 24 hours, the invaders have launched five missile attacks and 23 airstrikes, over 100 MLRS attacks. Areas of over 45 settlements were affected. Among them are Sloviansk and Siversk in the region of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Novooleksandrivka in the Kherson region.
In the Volyn as well as Polissia directions, the situation has not changed significantly. Belarus continues to support Russia’s armed aggression against Ukrainians. The Russian Federation continues to transfer individual units to the territory of this country.
