President of Russia, Vladimir Putin on Monday has released a statement, stating that Moscow valued its relations with nations in Latin America, Asia and Africa, and was almost ready to provide modern weapons to its allies.

President Putin used a speech at an arms show near Moscow to boast of Russia’s advanced weapons capabilities & express its willingness to share technology with like-minded nations.

During the opening ceremony of the Army-2022 forum near Moscow, President of Russia, Vladimir Putin stated that, “(We) are ready to offer our allies the most modern kinds of weapons, from small arms to armored vehicles along with artillery to combat aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles.”

“Almost everyone of them has been used over more than once in real combat operations.”

He was sharing word around six months into Russia’s full-scale military operation in Ukraine, where Moscow has gone through repeated setbacks and heavy losses.

Meanwhile, Western military analysts stated that the poor performance of Russian troops & weaponry could make its arms exports less attractive to potential buyers, just like India, which have heavily relied on its technology in the past.
