Amid the unrest between Russia and Ukraine and significant security issues at the side of the European borders, now the countries of Europe such as Germany, France, Poland have asked for Diplomatic talks to Russia in order to stabilize the issue of security in Europe.
The leaders of Germany, France and Poland have met on Tuesday evening, February 9, 2022, at the joint meeting held in Berlin. While addressing the meeting, the leaders of the countries have urged that Russia should start the diplomatic talks with the nations so that they could address the issue of the security issue at the borders of Europe. Moreover, they’re also urged that the countries also wanted to resolve the issue of Ukraine unrest.
The summit of the Weimar Triangle has been held in Berlin on Tuesday, February 9, 2022, which have been attended by the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron and Polish President Andrej Duda, and they have discussed security concerns in Europe and Ukraine and Russia unrest as well.
The leaders of the countries have further underscored that they want to make joint efforts to strengthen the European and Trans-Atlantic security architecture.
Amid the unrest between Russia and Ukraine, the three leaders have called Russia so that they could contribute to de-escalating their troops on the borders of Ukraine and always wanted to start diplomatic talks on the issue of the security concern on the European continent. Moreover, they have also declared that Russia would face aggression and a high price if they tried to invade Ukraine and also faced isolation from the European countries and also from the Western countries.
Moreover, they have also discussed the various issue on the matter and spoke in support of the Normandy format of reconciliation of Ukraine.
Earlier, on Monday, February 7, 2022, the President of French Emmanuel Macron have4 visited Russia to discuss various issues, including security concerns in the European continent.
